If your product is defective or does not work properly, please let us know and we will send you a replacement product.

Refund

We believe in our products very much, so we offer a 30-day barrier-free refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to us and we will refund immediately.

Shipping fee

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your residence, the arrival time of the exchanged product may vary.

If you ship more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

International shipping and handling reminders
To ensure fast delivery, please check whether the delivery address is correct and whether the payment is completed or successful. We are not responsible for any goods sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer. We only send to the address specified in the online order.

International orders are selected according to the customer's express delivery method, and the shipping time is different, but it is usually 21 working days. The shipping cost will appear in your shopping cart before you finalize the order, but you can check this amount before charging your credit card.

In rare cases, due to strict customs and post office clearances that require your signature to release the items, shipments may be delayed. To ensure the safety of your products, the transportation is tracked. Once the shipment is completed, a tracking number will be provided, and it can be tracked through the website. The buyer is responsible for all tax laws, duties, customs duties and customs laws of the buyer's country/region.

International shipping reminder:

4) The customer is responsible for tracking the order through the corresponding postal service customs or website (if any) provided by your country/region. If you have trouble tracking your order or have any delays, you can send us an email.

5) If you return the sender (RTS) item for other reasons, you will need to pay the freight again.

Our company and transportation offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Our transportation office is closed on all holidays specified by the government.

Transportation policy

The mail service will vary depending on the customer's shipping method (at checkout and before the order fee is charged to you) available.

Working days are Monday to Friday, as well as non-governmental holidays. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Normally, orders placed will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next earliest working day (usually the next Monday).

We cannot ship to an international address overnight; it usually takes 21 working days. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and the destination country.
